Hangout Hub - End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) andHangout Hub, regarding your use of the Hangout Hub mobile application (“App”).

1. License Grant

Hangout Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your device, solely for personal use.

2. Restrictions

• Do not modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App.
• Do not use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Do not remove any proprietary notices from the App.

3. Ownership

The App and all associated intellectual property are owned by Hangout Hub. Your use of the App does not grant any ownership rights.

4. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the content you create in the App. Hangout Hub may remove content that violates our Terms of Service or is illegal.

Reporting and Blocking:

• Users can report content they believe violates these terms or is abusive.
• Users can block other users to prevent interactions.
• Hangout Hub will act on reported content within 24 hours, including removal if necessary.

5. Termination

We may terminate this Agreement and your access to the App if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App from your devices.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is.” Hangout Hub makes no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or reliability of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hangout Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost data, missed events, or device issues.

8. Third-Party Services

Hangout Hub uses third-party services such as Firebase and Expo for analytics, notifications, and other functionality. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of your jurisdiction where applicable, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
