Welcome to Hangout Hub! By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hangout Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Hangout Hub. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

• Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. User-Generated Content

Hangout Hub allows users to create, share, and manage invitations and events. You are responsible for the content you post and must not post content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others’ rights. By posting content, you grant Hangout Hub a license to operate, display, and improve the app.

Reporting and Blocking:

• Users can report content they believe violates these terms or is abusive.
• Users can block other users to prevent interactions.
• Hangout Hub will act on reported content within 24 hours, including removal if necessary.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Violate any applicable laws.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Use Hangout Hub to transmit spam, harmful content, or malware.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access Hangout Hub’s source code.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hangout Hub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, including lost data or missed events.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Hangout Hub constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Hangout Hub uses third-party services such as Firebase and Expo to provide analytics, notifications, and other features. Your data may be processed by these services as described in our Privacy Policy.
